For the love of everything Holy!

Why is it that we get linked with every no-mark from Lands End to Luffbru' when we have a vacancy.

This so-called Martin Allen would be a terrible choice...look how he's flown through clubs and the pathetic short period of time he was in his last position.

Anyway, I'm convinced he is now running a successful gardening business.[/QUOTE]

Now thats pressure

Stoke v Wolves sounded a laugh for you ace....

Swindon have made a statement on their OS denying any approach has been made and neither would one be welcomed.

Fingers crossed

It reminds me of when we sacked Levein and then made official approaches to half the managers in the championship within a matter of hours of each other.

And that was before the Milan factor.

Almost everyone agrees that Milan is a necessity for LCFC, but we need to be realistic about his track record and attitude towards what he sees as highly disposable managers and other staff for that matter.

He wants total control and there is a price to pay in as much as if we were potential candidates then we would think twice about working for him and would undoubtedly be warned off by those we know in the game, friends family etc.

He was lucky to be able to re-engage Harry Rednap at Portsmouth; let's hope he is lucky enough to be able to get someone decent who will take the risk with him at City....but I have my doubts.

Best target so far imo

Record seems ok, the southamton one really isnt that bad either!!! Would have avoided relegation on that record. Doesnt seem like a MM signing though!!

Oh come on! Surely we can do better than this ffs!
Has a reasonable record at lower league level but can anybody seriously think that this is the man who will lead us to the promised land. No point taking a chance on a lower league manager who has already demonstrated that he can't do it at either Championship or Premiership level. At Southampton he was out the door nearly as quick as MA2!!

Why should we be able to do better. You have to earn the right to be superior - and we haven't been at the races for at least two seasons.
Time for a reality check.
