When does the summer transfer window open, is it straight after the last game, or is there a specified period?. I'm keen to know when we can start getting rid of the incompetents and when we can become active in the market.

I am looking forward to us operating early in the window this year as opposed to signing 7 idiots in the last 2 days.

I should know the answer to this as it happpens every year
