If you're going for that, support the New Orleans Saints. Their coach Sean Payton played for the Leicester Panthers in the 80s.

It really does baffle me how people can enjoy this.. to me it's like watching one long TV advert with bits of action sprinkled in, when it should be the other way around. Just so many stopages, the action doesn't flow like in most other sports...

Normally it's watchable, the stoppages are tiny for a normal NFL game but the Superbowl is a bloated beast. As a semi-fan, I can sit through a normal match but the superbowl given the time it's on, I struggle.

Glad Saints won anyways. Don't like Colts myself. If one of my preferred teams were involved, I'd have watched all of it.

I'm an NFL'er and would normally of stayed up to watch the superbowl if i hadn't of been in london all weekend. Watched the first 2 quarters nd was surprised to hear the saints had won.

next year will be the vikings if they keep favre going as well this year.
