No you're not. You're the old woman, living in a swamp, whinging at Alfred because he's burnt the cakes, again. And you know it, you haggardly, old bint.

Hmm, harridan. Yes, I think I could be one of those if I had some comfy underwear.

BBC Sport's Paul Fletcher at the Walkers Stadium: "Sven-Goran Eriksson arrived at Leicester a few minutes ago and waved at fans who clapped the Swede as he climbed out of a car before briefly answering a few questions from the media. All of which suggests he is very, very close to signing a contract to become the club's new manager. He even suggested it could happen this evening."

Brief interview with Eriksson suggested that the owners have BIG ambitions for the club. Wonder if Beckham will be here in January :)

Very exciting all of this.

One of the most high profile managers in the world, with money to spend, the possibilities are endless. He will attract players to the club who would otherw*s* not even consider the championship.

Ive turned on the radio 3 times in the car over the last couple of days and heard Leicester City mentioned every time on 5 live. The media interest is huge which we will see on tv and column inches of newspapers like never before.

I am aware that it could all end in epic failure, but this could very well be the making of LCFC for a long time to come.

Sign that contract soon Sven! :)

Ohhhh Excuse me...
Nothing personal. How could I miss the joke that I created?

I found it somewhat short sighted that some on here had assumed that Powell etc would be Sven's assistant(s), when he and Grip had come as a package deal in almost all his other major management posts.

That's probably one of the contract details that he still ironing out.

From an outsiders perspective, is this a good appointment?

I wonder which players Sven would like to realistically bring in to the Mighty Leicester King Power City.

When I said that Powell would be, "a Coach" with Sven, I meant he would be a Coach, not Assistant Manager. Everyone know Tord Grip follows Sven where ever he goes and is his Assistant, but they will still need (at least one) First team Coach - and CP would / should be that man - especially as Sven is 62 and Tord is 72 !
