I enquired about a 5-a-side team at Goals, got this response:

Thanks for your enquiry. If you have your team ready then we can get you a place in one of our leagues straight away. League games cost £35.95 per game. Each game is 40 minutes long and you play one game per week. Was there a specific night that would be best to play? We currently have vacancies in the Monday, Wednesday and Thursday League.
