Back to the subject, you can see why he signed him

He needed more work for the conditioning coach

Nalis has some competition!

Homer, how did the L'Oreal advert go, you know, the one you couldn't resist appearing in because you were being paid to let people squirt cream on your face and other things.

Do'nt bite Homer 'he's not worth it'!

  Naughty, you crack me up. Did you like the way I mentioned you in my 16000 post celebration note

Cheers Joe, consistant in what though :D

Says on teletext that the move is with a view to a permanent transfer so maybe Walker will be allowed to leave when his contract expires allowing us to have a young goalkeeper. MB do you have any conformation on this, also how much would he cost/when does his contract expire?

It's not really a case of allowing him to leave, his contract is up so he can do as he pleases.

I meant whether we would attempt to keep him with a new contract.

I think he has the potential to be a superb signing, he never made a mistkake at Arsenal and was unlucky not to keep his place in the side. If it could be a permanent move then thats fine by me.

I agree would be a great signing if it becomes permanent, he has plenty of potential but has also played in some big games so has experience. Good shot stopper and Bob Wilson rated him very highly when he coached him at Arsenal.

What's also good is that this is exactly the opposite of the sort of player MA would have brought in. He isn't bound to be a success but its about being positive and the prospect according to whether we are able to keep him of building for the future.

Great  , perfect (possible eventual) replacement for walker and pressman... he even has the same hair style as walker.

Thats what I thought

Was the term 'home' or 'own' more important than the point made?
I suppose not.

Oneupmanship

Pathetic

It wasn't a case of oneupmanship at all, it was merely a statement of the truth. Tsk.
