Nearly done, I promise. Here's four of the rarest birds I've ever seen or am ever likely to see anywhere...

These are Rufous-bellied Seedsnipe, pretty much restricted to 14,000+ feet in the Andes.

This thing was only discovered in 2003, I think, and as yet doesn't even have an English name. It's generally known as "San Isidro Owl". Shite photo but it's virtually the only one known to science!

Coooool! I'd love to see stuff like that in the flesh, i'd usualy get ridiculed by mates for admiting this but I love wildlife and nature, I find it far more interesting than being forced to socialise at shit parties or skiving lessons.

Seen by very few people, this is Giant Antpitta.

And seen by even fewer, this is the best of the bunch, the incredibly rare and endangered Jocotoco Antpitta.

This is a Crimson-rumped Toucanet. Very pretty.

Both these two were taken through glass, one from a restaurant window, the other, obviously, from a plane. Not bad, considering.

:038: Don't be shy - get out there and see it for real. It's amazing!

Plus there are some seriosuly hot babes involved in wildlife conservation... :icon_wink

For example, having shown you some of the best looking birds I've ever seen, here's the best looking birdwatcher...

I'm not that proud of the fact I was taking seruptitious photos of women through the bushes, but... oh, actually that was quite cool to be fair :icon_bigg
