No its not the same one. But it does look similar as does another one I saw today but I couldn't be bothered to photograph it.
There seems to be lots of them about. The one called 'a flea' had just had its legs wrapped around a wasp that had been caught in its web but it lost its grip and the dead wasp fell onto the wheelie bin
