No its not the same one. But it does look similar as does another one I saw today but I couldn't be bothered to photograph it.
There seems to be lots of them about. The one called 'a flea' had just had its legs wrapped around a wasp that had been caught in its web but it lost its grip and the dead wasp fell onto the wheelie bin

Well pleased to see my first Black Bear in the wild in Arizona. It was probably a yearling and was of the Cinnamon form. I got quite close... :icon_bigg
