This has come up before, when ChrisFilter correctly pointed out that it's a horrible, massively offensive, disgusting phrase that doesn't belong in the mouth of any right-thinking person.

But we shouldn't use mixed-race because it implies that they are a muddied race, mixed up and not a whole.
