In reflection on the idea of the thread, I could have a HTB the early years top 5, and the ones I posted previous are now HTB the later years.....

Anyway, top 5 , the early years, would be: -
Jim Reeves
Glenn Miller
Gary Glitter
Slade
Suzi Quatro
 
Feeder,
Morbid Angel,
Oasis - not a fan of their more recent stuff,
Jimi Hendrix,

This is pretty tough, I guess I'd add Blur, though I don't really listen to them any more.
