Yes, although It's not the best of the year, and nowhere near his best. It's surprising someone can make such a great album after he's been going for over 40 years. only Dylan could do that. I think that's something even The Beatles wouldn't have been able to do...

TV On The Radio is by far the best album on there, going to see them tomorrow. Sufjan Steven's album is just out takes and re works of his awesome Illinoise from last year. A good album, but not an album of the year.

TV OTR is amazing, my 2nd fav of the year, only behind Espers II.
I like the new Sufjan album, Illinois was the best album of last year and Avalanche was a great little side project
P.S. Comparing Shakin Stevens to Sufjan and trying to make a joke out of it, just because of their names is such a cliche and got boring and overdone months ago
