£6.5m for Morgan would be an absolute steal if he galvanised a defence enough to get promoted.
John Terry is arguably nearer the bottom of his physical decline than Morgan and he made villa very hard to score against last season.

Hardly a surprise. £10-£15m I'd be comfortable with. Because of all the tv and license money in the game these days though it's a seller's market.

Grealish has been absolutely superb for Villa this season, often playing the no.10 role with aplomb. He's exactly the type of player who we could do with and he'd be an excellent acquisition. Pricing him at £40m is Villa's way of warning off potential buyers - he won't cost us anything like that. It'd be worth stumping up a wedge for him though, he'd be a very good fit for us.
