I know these aren’t rumours about us but it just adds to the feeling of how far we’ve fallen when we’re not even in the conversation.

Each time I've seen him I've liked the look of him. He's got excellent movement and a decent finish. A full season under his belt with Stoke and he'll kick on.

I understand the idea of freeing up £10m and some wages but only if we are investing them wisely. I think we all know that this isn't going to happen so holding onto Cannon for our Championship season would be by far the most sensible thing to do.

I fully expect us to sell him and spunk the cash away on a complete ****ing Edouard.
