How it could be "far worse" than the stuff that resulted in riots,looting,threats to life & setting fire to buildings only a few months ago is beyond me. Or hinting that you might invade someone else's sovereign territory without the slightest provocation whilst spewing a load of ridiculous lies only this week.

Also, I don't think anyone is seriously thinking about the possibility of a Bolshevik horde sweeping to power in the UK, but they definitely are thinking about right wing populists being in government here (again) in the next 5 years.

When rumour and falsehoods are perpetuated in online chats and messages without any kind of fact checking in place and are then taken as being the news and the main stream news outlets are branded as the ones uttering falsehoods, people then don't know what to believe. On the other side you’ll have a flat earther or moon landing denier or some other unhinged loon in a tinfoil hat making shit up, but them being on the BBC sofa legitimises and amplifies their nonsense in the eyes of the more dimwitted members of the public.

You talk about looting, we can talk about Portland and the riots after the murder if George Floyd. Then portrayed as a moment of police racism, which is nonsense as it was brutality not racism.

It’s not easy to balance. If we spend a **** load and we go down anyway, we’ll be even more ****ed. Hamza out will help a bit. Moves like goon for Edouard is what’s screwed us. Surely we’re paying for half of his wages?

No shit Sherlock. We’ve heard this over multiple windows, but ultimately we’re clearly limited by the contracts that we’ve given to the players that we want to get rid of. Assuming he’s good to his word, (lol) Trump has the power to implement a lot of the policies he nakedly said he would pursue during the election, tariffs and targeting the affordable care act for example. Things that would hurt the little guy and not just the foreigners.

Likewise non of the details of Nigel Farage actually wants, or the wankfest that was his last manifesto has been properly scrutinised. It’s literally just lower immigration and everything else will fall into place.
