I've read good things of Monga. Whilst I'm sure we'd love to hang onto him, I can understand why he'd jump at a chance to move to a more prestigious environment to develop his talents. I'd wish him well.

It's usually **** all to do with career progression. Going to Man City won't be good for his career.

It's all about what the big club has promised his family in off the record payments.

If they tell you as a 15 year old that they will make your family financially secure for life verses staying put and risking not making it at all, it's no wonder they do it.
