Why wouldn't Vestergaard play next season if we are in The Championship? He won't be going anywhere unless a Chinese or Saudi team fancy a punt on him.

Maybe he will, I just don't see the point in playing players that are proven not good enough, if we got promoted next season it would be groundhog day with Vestergard. Nelson would stand a better chance of 1st team football in the championship when Leicester are likely to dominate possession. Try something different when it's clearly not working.

Transfer windows are pants. You should be able to sign new players whenever, so long as you stay within spending regs and squad size etc etc.

Best player in the squad but hardly gets played.

He has no loyalty to us, he's only here on loan, so I don't blame him at all for not wanting to waste another 6 months of his career when he could go and play for most other teams in the bottom half, or at least not have to suffer in a toxic environment for the rest of the season.

I wouldn't be surprised if West Ham went in for him having sent JWP back and Potter would have worked with him before.

I know for sure he wanted to stay at Leicester when Cooper was here. Was playing more, and in better form. Facundo told me this himself when I was out for drinks with him and my buddy in the squad. He’s got so so much talent but tbh he has been off-form as of late.
