And therein lies the problem. Riyads agent, since fired, signed him to a deal with no release clause. A simple number would have put to bed all of these issues.
He’s not st training today either, apparently. Hopefully Puel can shed some light at press conference.

He'd have been cup-tied for the League and FA Cups, so the most he could've won was 2. Although he did miss a penalty in the League Cup shootout vs Man City so I suppose you could tenuously say he's contributed to their progress in that competition.

I love his work on the pitch, but the way he conducts his business is pathetic.
Don’t sign 4 year contracts if you can’t handle the consequences of having contractual obligations. Don’t whinge because you weren’t allowed to leave at the very last minute with no replacement in place for you. Have a bit more respect for your employer. A contract is a relationship. You committed to something. You can’t just **** off on a days notice because it suits you and you alone. Turn up for your job. Fulfil your commitments. Don’t be a little prick and throw your toys because you feel sad you didn’t have it all your own way. You are not a 2 year old. Be a ****ing man.
Perhaps if you hadn’t disappeared for large portions of last year you would have gone sooner. You might not appreciate it in your all expenses paid mega salary existence, but life is hard, and for most of us it is full of dissapointment and shite we don’t want. Guess what...your life will likely get harder too. My advice...toughen up.
