This weeks object with which Manchester City can go and **** themselves with is a special edition bottle of Captain Morgan’s rum.

It's not even the middle of June yet.......
I get that. I just expected this to be one of those transfers that was competed earlier, that's all. Especially given all the fuss about it, in January and since.

Maybe Top et al have told Man City "We want £60million+ and you pick up the tab for the agent's fees, as we did not want to sell him".

I do not know if this is a rehash or new, with us stalling the deal: https://www.mcfcwatch.com/2018/06/1...s-leicester-stall-on-sale-to-manchester-city/

We are apparently holding out for an extra 15million.

Maybe Top and Susan think they can get Liverpool to enter a bidding war?

«ManCity have proposed €60million plus young winger Patrick Roberts for Mahrez, but Leicester are requesting €75million, which would make the deal worth €90million or more when factoring in Roberts’ valuation.

The 27-year-old has grown frustrated at Leicester for putting his move to Manchester City under threat again, and wants things settled as quickly as possible so he can quietly prepare for his move to Manchester and enjoy a vacation.

Mahrez was expecting a nice gesture from Leicester after all that he has done for the club, but they have decided to take a tough stance in negotiations. Pep Guardiola has also grown frustrated by the slowness of negotiations.

Despite the negative developments, there still appears to be plenty of optimism that a deal will go ahead, with Le Buteur claiming that the transfer should still happen.»

Does he mean his job? Or has he done something else?
Well somebody keeps cleaning the other player's shits out of Top's car

Sod Man City. Sod Mahrez. He's contracted to our club and until a deal is agreed he can't go.
It's only the middle of June. Would Man City sell one of their best players to a club like Real Madrid for less than they value him at? Hell no. So why should we.

We shouldn't and it doesn't look like we are

We're after about £60m + Roberts and Man City are offering £45m + Roberts? I'd say what we want is entirely fair and if anything, under values him.

There have been a couple of other stories recently about Man City not valuing the player they want the same as the selling club. If we offered 50 million for DeBruyne I wonder what they'd say.

This weeks objects with which Manchester City go and **** themselves is all of the confiscated passports of foreigners working in the UAE.

Love Manchester City, great underdog story.
