Unless something is done about this, we will be in de facto super league territory, even if a super league never comes about. Enough wealth will accumulate at the top teams for them to be able to field a team for ever-increasing european matches, a team for the league and a stripped down team for our domestic trophies. They will further cement their place at the top of football and will probably be able to get the rules changed to get things like project big picture and the super league through.Seriously, look at Man City's squad. It's effectively 2 first teams. How do you compete with that over a season? Nah, we've done bloody well all things considered.
Will it be fun to watch a team that cycles through teams and thus have no connection to the players? No, it'll be ****ing soul draining, but that's never stopped these plastic, entitled arseholes before.
