I was at A4e before I got my present job but they had nothing to do with me gettkng it.
They do like you applying for jobs you have no chance of getting though. I was encouraged to apply for a job which I knew I wouldnt get but the real reason was that the boss ( and she was a woman too)wanted to up the amount of those type of job applications as it was a management role and the Rotherham A4e hadnt made many of that type of application.
