That's sunset beach, Sint Maarten. The video seems to be taken from the bar at the end of the beach where sensible people sit to watch the planes come in!
I have seen a small car at the same spot almost blown over by a plane. The large signs warning people to keep off while the jets are on the runway are there for a purpose.
