The real point is that we had a wonderful October, and the club looked like it might just be on the up

Hume and Hammond started in every single game

Fryatt gets himself fit again (supposedly), Kelly picks him every game and we look like a complete bag of shite

It's not rocket science

Fact. Loving it Homey, lovin it.

I think the main problem with our attack be it Fryatt,Hammond,O'Grady is our midfield which is nothing short of woeful.I wouldn't judge any Striker until we get a Midfield

You can judge them if you watch them play

Hammond was all over the pitch, running down channels and making space. He may be 'limited' in his expertise, but his effort and running off the ball was a crucial part of the success we had in October. His movement allowed the (woeful) midfield to play balls down the flanks or into space, rather than lump long balls into nowhere and he made space for Hume to exploit

Fryatt is ambling around like a useless lump, and is completely static in terms of his movement. He offers the (woeful) midfield no choice but to kick it aimlessly into the sky in the hope that we will win a header and maybe pick up the second ball. He is a hinderance to Hume, rather than a benefit

Regardless of the appalling quality in midfield, Fryatt is playing like a twat

Right because I can't go I'm not allowed a comment.

Notwithstanding the absence of a credible midfield, you can compare the strikers against each other. Hammond and Hume are constantly looking for positions and challenging for the ball; O'Grady provides a bit of beef and can hang on to the ball: Fryatt just flops about.
