People have little difficulty in differentiating between sarcasm and irony.
 
Boc is the only person to observe this in the duration of this thread.

I've ran the sarcasm meter over this thread several times, it's mostly clear.
In fact, there's actually less sarcasm in this thread than in most other threads on TB, which is ironic.

The easy way to tell the difference, if it feels like rain on your wedding day, then it's most probably ironic, otherwise it's sarcastic. Simple.
 
I've typed that out four times for this thread now. Glad someone else said it.

All the posters on this forum are mature responsible adults whose posts are always witty, urbane, polite, unaggressive and require no further scrutiny.
