What's the point in travelling all the way to Sheffield, paying for a match ticket, and then leaving after 35 mins? :102:

Because we were absolute shite!

There is not point watching a game that we know we have already lost 30 minutes was enough for me and i was so pissed off, also made it back at about 6.30ish for the pub rater than 8.30-9ish.

You missed Harry Worleys debut. You will never ever get to see it again. You missed a momentous event and will have to live with that for the rest of your life.

Highland Fox..he waffles on and on about the club but does he go a match? does he feck.Talking out of his arse,.

Tsk. and what would people have said if that was the attitude all fans had when their team was 3-0 down?

Look at games where it all turns round?

Yes admittedly it not us who salvage things very often but you get my point?

Wonder when the last time was when we turned around a game like that, 3-3 v Arsenal at Filbert Street was the closest i think.

We almost did it at Cardiff last season I think? 3-0 down scored 2 in the final minutes.
And we had played shite for 85 minutes!

And we weren't 3-0 down to Arsenal.
We weren't even 3-0 down at 90 minutes, it was 2-1 if I remember.

Sounds like those who stayed enjoyed a good atmosphere.
It was really enjoyable. Despite what certain people think of some chants. Some good fun and all in good spirit despite the result.
We did. Shoes waved in the air, asking Ollie to start the wave....

This is what being a Leicester fan is all about, you take the rough with the smooth.

I sneaked off to the toilets with Fludie for a quick game of "you show me your's and I'll show you mine" which went a bit too far, thats why I went early :icon_wink

Fair do's, the game was effectively over once the linesman made his howling error.
But I really enjoyed the atmosphere where we were at least, and I stayed to the end because of it.

Looks like a 'resigned to relegation' type atmos to me :102:

Everyone just seen this game has an opportunity to nick some bonus points. However, once the game's deciding moment in 11th minute happened - the game was over. So people enjoyed it for the occasion in support of the club. The game was lost, not the battle to stay up. However, could be similar scenes at the Britannia.

Anyone remember the atmosphere when we lost 4-0 to Sheff Wed on the final day of the season?
