He played well and if he is on the cheap im sure about 150 clubs are already on the phone to his ajent finding out!

150 clubs? Thats like EVERY club from the Premiership, La liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, SPL, The Championship, French league, Dutch League...

I don't think Theo was good enough to be a first team regular when we had him before, we had a very strong first choice midfield at the time. Everyone remembers his goal against Man U but they seem to forget that he often struggled with the pace of the game.

yeah and he was at the club at the same time as Muz, Gups, Sav, Lenny so was also back up!

Its fair to say that LCFC had its strongest midfield ever during Theo's time at the club. The quality of that midfield will probably never be matched again, so Theo was just plain unlucky with his timing of being with us.

Personally, I always had a soft( ) spot for Theo and was pleased to see him have such a great game on Sat afternoon - although he got quite a low rating in the NOTW report.

Hope that Greece now go on to win their group, then we'll get them in the QF's.

i thought theo was given a fair shot when he was with us.

parker, lennon, izzet and savage were competing for places (and savage often didn't get a game to start with).
