I've never had a problem with his direct free kicks. It's his delivery to team mates at free kicks and corners which is almost always appalling.
On the rare occasions when a team mate actually gets close to getting to the ball from one of them, they appear to be so shocked at it that they mess it up.

Exactly. He's good over a free kick for a shot on goal but for others and corners I wish we'd put Youri on them - he's much better at them
