Ticket office email address?

The Palace match on Saturday was due to be my first game of the season but I'm now not sure about going.

I bought the tickets as a Christmas present for my brother who tragically passed away last week.
I'm not sure about going without him but realised as the tickets are named, would I even be able to take someone else anyway?

Does anyone know if there is an email address for the ticket office as I couldn't find one online and didn't even know if it was possible to take someone else.

I can't even decide whether I want to go in his memory or if it will be too hard but thought I'd email and find out.

I'm really sorry to hear that Graz, It's certainly not a decision you can make for someone else as everyone is different, if it was me I'd be inclined to do what my brother would have liked me to do, that's get down the ground and try to enjoy the day, I understand this may seem difficult and that's understandable.

I don't think there is any issue with giving the ticket to someone else, they don't tend to check in my experience.

Whether or not they check and whatever you want to do, if the ticket office can't exercise a little humanity in a situation like this, when can they.

The ticket office can be very slow to reply if it all, so I would also email [email protected] and mark it for the attention of Jim.

If it's a case of you wanting to go, but taking someone else then as long as they fit the age category of the ticket you'll be absolutely fine.

I spoke to Jim on the Fanzone email and he said the club are happy to do whatever I decide - if on the day I decide it's too much and the tickets go unused they're happy to refund them after for me. That's kind of them.

I think I'm going to get a plaque in the remembrance garden at the club for him too, because this club was something that really did make him happy.
