if you have a mortgage on your house, you would still describe it as your home.

if, however, you were to let one of your next door neighbours buy into your house & let them move in with you, would it still feel like your home??

But if you had a mortgage on your home, but defaulted on the repayments then it would be repossessed. If by some quirk the mortgage company let you stay in the house you would be in the same postion as the club

It's a great shame and a big setback - I assume that the 'primacy of tenure' issue was a problem to both the Football and rugby authorities.

But this is a big opportunity lost and as is being said - unless we get promoted this season, we are into the next stages of the downward cycle - it will become extremely difficult for us to compete with relegated clubs with better squads and parachoute monies.
