I do think that he would be a good manager in the premiership (like pardew) and if we were mid table i would be happy for him to stay becuase of his potential but i dont think he is a 'scrap for your lives' type of guy.

It is clear craig needs to go, he has lost the fans, possibly lost the dressing room and is facing been the first ever manager to get us relefated to the 3rd tier of football.
Sell a player to fund his sacking and get anyone to takeover I dont care who we just need fresh ideas.
Bassett would be cheap and knows this league in and out.
Dublin and the current assistant may work but they probably have input now so it wouldnt be a complete change.
More expensive acquisitions would be penney or another lower league successful manager.
A way to get craig to resign might be for the board to remind him his CV will look very poor if he was to be sacked with the club in its lowest league position for over a decade, but on the other hand if he left for personal reasons etc. it would be more respectable.
Personally I feel he has lost the dressing room and the players were up for spurs simply hoping to be noticed and trying to get a move out of the club a harsh opinion but it reminds me of how our previous teams when relegated would raise their game at end of the season to earn moves away from the club.
