First half he blew for everything, got his tape measure out for every free kick and throw in, and spent ages talking to players over minor offences and missed the biggest one in the game - did anyone else see Hales hit Paddy M in the face in the second half? Should have been off if any of the officials saw it, but I suspect the cowardly act was done so sneakily that none of them saw it.

me to, i thought he was one of the better refs which we have seen this season. I think one thing that might cloud judgement from a few others would be because the result didnt go our way

I have to agree with most of the others, I thought he was by far the best ref we've had in recent weeks. He seemed very reluctant to book anyone and he let the game flow when others wouldn't have.
