it depends on how you look at it for example if tommy smith went to reading it would be to replace doyle which i couldnt care less about however if its sheffield utd that buy him they would probably sell somebody like billy sharpe who under the right manager could be an excellent player!

It sems to have been around for years.Not a player I particulary rate,never quite understood what position he plays.Is he a Winger,A Striker ? He's not bad at either but not particulary great either and certainly not worth that type of money

Yeah a career average of just over a goal every five games isn't really too impressive for a striker is it?
