We may have just had our standard month of playing shite...It's April now, we'll probably go undefeated.:icon_lol:

Leeds have won the same number of games as us

We need a couple more points at least and quick. Cannot see them getting any on Friday though

the gap between the premier and the championship is huge. the standard of football played in the championship 90% of the time is poor. hoof, hoof, slice, stumble. we'd only need 3 or 4 quality players and a good manager to put us in with a chance next season. thats how weak this league is.

I'm with you Micky.

3 points will see us safe. There is now way the 3rd from bottom team will get 11 pts

southend have got
Colchester (H)
Preston (a)
plymouth (a)
barnsley (h)
luton (h)
Southampton (a)

I would say they could get 3/4 points at most from these fixtures

People are saying that they can't see us getting enough points to be safe.

I think, and I'm fairly confident that should we lose EVERY single one of our games we will still stay up.

We're saying there is no way we will pick up 7 points, so why should any of the others below us, let alone fecking all but two of them!!!!

I believe we're safe now, albeit not mathematically

I cannot believe what I have just read........ Melts looking on the bright side, what ever next......:102:

When I phoned up two weeks ago I said that the team haven't got the backbone to fight in a relegation battle if they get sucked into one.....

I feckin hope I'm wrong but it's looking more and more ominous with Kelly's ramblings and the players thinking they are safe turning out performances like that.......tossers the lot of them.

I'm glad I didn't listen to the show tonight cos I might've phoned up and told Barber to stop being a wassock.....

teams at the bottom are picking up though. and generally the bottom 3 teams will fight for their lives. we are in a shit possition where we wont go for an all out fight and may just slip into relagetion because we were not prepared.

So why does your calculations above leave us 8 points clear of 3rd from bottom place.

You have QPR in 3rd from bottom place on 43 points. We're already on 46 points. So as I said, and as your calcualtions agree, we can lose all the remaining games and still not go down.

So why are you arguing with me when you've already confirmed I'm right :icon_wink :icon_lol:

Derby v Leeds last day of the season. What a dilemma, Derby win they go up and if Leeds win they stay up.

Just ashame leedssucm might stay up.

not sure if I would like derby to beat them last game to send them down or Leeds win to keep derby down

that was just a few estimations, doesnt mean my estimations are correct. it wont go like that.

As long as we stay up we should not give a feck what others do..... apart from Leeds who must go down at all costs

that's why we should have stuffed them when they came here.
