Don't get me wrong I don't like P'boro and hope to see them go down but they are hardly buying there way through the divisions other than Joe Lewis I don't know who else they have boughtfor a lot of money? There three main players the mac attack and Boyd are all from the lower leagues and were brought for relatively cheap values I thought.

I have said that Derby will get promoted since the start of the season if that is what you mean, and as for Forest they have made some quality signings and will do well.

They outbid other clubs 5 to 1 on the likes of Boyd, McLean and Macail-Smith. The money they have spent on the non-league players is money other L1/2 clubs couldn't spend. Their wage budget also allowed them to sign the likes of Keates on double his wage at Walsall.

Boyd was £260k, the record for a player bought out of the Conference.
