I named one of me Labradors Dougan after the great man

Derek or Max?

First time I saw him was when he was "in exile" at Peterborough & they visited Filbo (cup match ?). He was totally anonymous, wandering round in midfield most of the time. Wondered what the fuss was all about & was really surprised when he was signed not too long after. But within a couple of weeks he had the crowd eating out of his hand. That couple of years were probably his best since he was a youngster - never quite the same player after he went to wolves.

Never quite the same player at Wolves?.
I saw most of his games while at Molineux never disappointed
great goal scoring record ,Never a dul moment ,(Fond memories)
realy was a pleasure to watch.

Fair point - I should have said "never seemed".

Only on TalkingBalls could a 'top twenty' list contain just nineteen names - go on, count them for yourself.

Hint: there's no number 19.
