Click the 'Full Screen' icon in the bottom right hand corner of the youtube window. I don't think this has changed, has it?

I don't think it was possible to view Youtube videos in full screen on the old version. You had to click through to the Youtube site to do that.

I perhaps didn't word that very well.

I can't see the whole of the screen at the same time, I have to move that bar at the bottom to see part of the video.

At a guess, it may be down to the screen resolution on your PC

The vast majority of people these days have a resolution of at least 1280 pixels across the screen, and this site is designed for that resolution and higher. If you use a lower resolution the post body may look a bit squashed.
