Re: Forest beat

Take them one at a time and anything is possible. Starts Friday. 15 cup finals for City.

When it was 18 games left, Sven said 18 cup finals, well we've won the first three :icon_bigg

Just hope Sven can keep the players feet on the ground, cos some of us supporters are having trouble doing so!:icon_razz

Good good. Always good to see Notts florist loose.

I still don't want to get carried away by other results. If we continue the run we are in the playoffs.

Just a bad day at the office. We absolutely tonked them in everything except scoring but hey ho - that's football for you

Your optimism and simple blind faith on this forum is staggering, you should beat Brizzle but boy oh boy are you in for a very rude awakening :icon_cool

tbh you have to give us a little bit of leeway, after what we had to watch in the first two months of the season, it's a minor miracle we are pushing for a play-off spot, so of course optimism is high....certainly preferable to the depressing crap of August and September!

Oh I can see why you are optimistic, but suggest you read some of these posts without the blue tinted specs on.

Like I said, play-offs should easily be yours but automatic - nah

In our position would you not be doing the same? Every team wants to believe their team will achieve the unlikely- only with (I think) 7 wins from our last eight matches and probably the strongest starting XI in the league, it doesn't quite seem so unlikely anymore. One game in hand and only six points ahead, with fifteen games to go?

Really doesn't seem unachievable IMO.

Says you, who must be sitting there with your red tinted specs on.

At the minute it's all ifs and buts, however you losing last night has blown the race for automatic promotion wide open.

I hardly think Forest have 'bottled it', maybe if they drop points over the next few games then Id be inclined to agree:)

Re: Forest beat

That Scunthorpe lot can be so unpredictable :icon_lol:
They might be in a few weeks time when we play them. They will be scrapping for their lives. OK, Forest lost, but I can't see the reason for the wild excitement here. Just wait for the manic depression on this site when we lose one ( or more ) games.

Totally agree:038::icon_bigg

Forget automatic promotion for now, with Florist Vs Cardiff and Leeds Vs Norwich this weekend the most important thing is 3pts against Bristol City on Friday!!
