we have NO grafters apart from paddy mac and possibly joey

Plenty of no hopers though!!

your point was that we had enough players who got stuck in and won the ball but no-one who could do anything good with it.

This is clearly not the case as we have a bunch of players who CAN do great things with a ball, but we are without a manager who can get them to perform.

The only 'no-hoper' first team players IMO are Douglas, Hammill, Kisnorbo and Dublin

I agree they possibly could! But they havent showed it much so far. whether thats the managers fault or just a lack of real quality. We dont have time to find out either though do we??

I also agree that we need some steal in the middle of the park, but we also need someone to pull something special out the bag!! Its not god enough for the likes of DF to play when they want eg Spurs.

Trundle does showboat, but he also delivers, just look at his goals record!!

if you have seen some of our better performances, or even know anything about football, you will know players like Hume, Smith, Williams, Hughes, Gudjonsson, McCarthy, Stearman, Gerrbrand can and on occasions have shown their quality.

I agree we dont have time, and that the board should resolve that problem by either giving CL a vote of confidence, or prefferably sacking him.

in league one.

17 in 23 matches is impressive, but we have plenty of promising strikers brought in from the lower divisions

we shouldnt be wasting money we dont have on flashy players who may or may not do the business.

now is the time to bring in a left back, and a grafter in midfield, which you say we have plenty of. if kisnorbo is the answer, i stand corrected...

Its down to the manager to get the best out of the players, if we signed trundle i can imagine him being de-motivated by CL. We have good players who we know can play football, sadly we don't have the manager who plays to our strengths.

your talking shitte, they are all pros they dont just decide to play crap..

Anyone see his goal in that cup final. Absolute quality. :icon_razz ;) :icon_wink

Was a great goal. Does have a touch of quality about him. Summer move somewhere for him likely, unless Swansea go up.

if henry had scored that goal this weekend they would be talking about it all week.

If a player in a Leicester shirt would have scored it, it would have already been forgotten about.

Mate's a carlisle fan, went to the millennium stadium today. Trundle's goal was awesome and his play and confidence on the ball is very impressive. We couldnt afford him though.

trundle aint a bad player maybe too much showboating for my liking oh and his accent grates on me :frown: :icon_bigg

Anyone who goes on TV and calls themself LT10 without any sense of irony should be condemned to living the rest of his life in Swansea.
