I won't be paying it end of. I think the club have been foolish to accept the large allocation too.

Some people replied to the earlier thread here. And some replied two months ago when I posted last season's Premier League prices. The Chelsea price is the same.

Day trip to London and going to see your club take on one of the big 4? We'd all love for every football ticket to be dirt cheap but I guess Chelsea have crunched the numbers to decided that this is the right price for a sellout... I don t expect they will have too many empty seats even with that price.

Also - and I agree it is expensive firstly - but what is cheaper, a Chelsea ticket with prebooked travel from leicester, or a ticket to Newcastle and the fare? Football clubs never seem to take into proximity of the away supporters to the ground...?

Well in this example, we were screwed with sky/Bt being so late on their tv choices...that any decent train fares were gone.
