No dont agree, younger players need some experience around them as well, Goughy has loads of experience and he would have been able to help these youngsters along, offered advice, having Gough around would IMO help these bowlers improve.

just like football every player needs experience to aid there development

Helping youngsters along should be down to coaches, surely? Gough could become the new bowling coach and that should his only place in the team.

I think we have enough experience in Harmison, Flintoff and Giles to cope. We should be picking our best XI and that doesn't include Gough anymore.
