Steve Thompson, don't think he was ever considered a hero.

Scored some spectacular goals and was a pretty class player but for some reason went inexplicably shit in the Premier League.

Scott Taylor had an exceptional season in 95-96 when we got promoted. Didn't get to play much in the premier due to injury but he was instrumental in getting us there.
