anyone know how to make the msgbox NOT appear in the middle of the screen?

jeez

cheers macky, i actaully found a work around (i moved the things behind it) my next work around was gonna be to to use a bespoke form, but cheers for that, i may write that into a subprocedure for future use :)

give the man my vcash :)

ok next VBA question

i have a procedure in Access VBA that formats an Excel worksheet object that is being created by another procedure. works fine but am having problems switching the gridlines off (the property is DisplayGridlines, but it's on the Window object)

Code:
Sub FormatWorkSheet(oWorkSheet As Excel.Worksheet)
With oWorkSheet
.PageSetup.Orientation = xlLandscape
End With
End Sub

i'd expect something like

Code:
oWorkSheet.Parent.DisplayGidlines=false

to work, but no :(

any ideas anyone?
