Unfortunately not playing smoothly for me though. Used to be fine but now I get the audio and occasional sticking pictures. Does anyone have an idea what the problem may be?

Thanks. Just tried that and it plays fine downloaded. It's the online one that won't work.

Is there anthing I can do to remedy the streaming problem or that's likely to have caused it?

I watched it online no problem yesterday, it was probably a slower connection on your end, or they had a lot of traffic their end.

It's been happening for a couple of weeks now. Thanks for the advice though it's much appreciated.
