FIVE

Very hard earned again. Not a vintage performance but improved in the second half thanks to Ranieri's changes. Mahrez magic the difference.

That just sounds bloody mind blowingly surreal mad amazingness!! Five. Points. Clear. Wow.

A cinquain is a poem with five lines:

Elephants
Are Large
Grey and wrinkly
Have great ivory tusks
And live in trees

Excellent result. Tough game , but we deserved it the end.

Wow, good result. Had the chances to make it safe. Glad we weren't made to pay.

Vardy's first chance although on his weaker side looked easier.

Was worried that twat Amrabat was going to get someone sent off.

Pizza again.

Mahrez with the goal.

We're now five points clear at the top.

As I said in "Title" thread--- -"Anyway - heading for the airport now - I want to See City 5 points clear the next time I can look at the results ! COYF !"

And so with trembling hands I connected the laptop to hotel internet, went to talking balls - saw Jeff's post and - YES, YOU BEAUTIES!!
Right - now to read the match report..

Professional job, got the points, that's all that mattered. I thought we were a bit casual at times, especially after scoring, but Watford lacked the quality to punish us.

Remember just twenty days ago when Arsenal celebrated winning the title?

Another result checked off the list.

Superb stuff from both subs. Drinky and Kante excellent. Another clean sheet.

And all that with Shinji contributing an almost comedically bad performance.

Ho hum.

A very good result against a decent Watford team in imperfect conditions.

Can't complain too much, but there were some poor performances out there today. Vardy and Fuchs in particular, but I'll forgive them both.

Ranieri's half time tweak and what was presumably a team talk loaded with ding dongs made the crucial little bit of difference. Excellent management from the don.

Excellent defending. Schlupp looked much more convincing than he did against West Brom. Totally amazing stuff, off the scale. I watched it in a pub in Cambridge and when we scored everybody cheered. This woman nearby said "I take it you're a Leicester fan then", to which I felt the need to say "Yeah but I stated supporting them before everyone did".

I hope that we're FIVE points clear with one game to go.....
