Not read all of the posts so sorry if I am repeating a point, MM would need to be informed of this move as it would effect his offer, one of the 'assets' is being sold, if the offer is still up in the air then this can only mean more delays as MM might amend the offer again?
Or the deal is done and dusted and wait for all the signings to come rolling in.
Or the deal is dead and we are in panic mode and trying to get as much cash in as possible?
