When were Yeovil last watched by a 16000 plus crowd in a mid week league match?

Leicester's support is excellent..... we need to take account of the lack of any draw by the opposition; lack of away supporters; cold autumn evening etc etc.

People expect too much.

I never said I expected a full stadium, I know exactly why there are 15000 empty seats in division three. I said (or perhaps merely implied :icon_wink) that those who do turn up don't make much noise. Every home game feels flat and has no atmosphere, that's why I make sure I don't miss away games :icon_bigg plus I'm a little bit mental

Interesting that without Kisnorbo, we kept a clean sheet. This mirrors our early season form too. I just wonder if Kisnorbo is playing with a touch of arrogance and a 'I'm too good for this league' attitude.

No he just can't pass or head into position. Now we have buckets of possession, he doesn't know what to do with. Battling and defending last season was ideal for him.

Tunchev however is a reasonable footballer and I reckon Morrision will be our best signing in ages.

To be fair I didn't make much noise - cos I wasn't there....that said i did have a ticket, which is the nearest I've got to attending this season!

Because we have terrible support and 15000 empty seats. That's why.

If we were still at Filbert Street and attracted a 16,000 crowd to watch a third division game against Yeovil we would be joyously happy.

Stop being such a grump.

Again, not expecting a full ground, just more than one song per match from the people who are there. A bit of atmosphere, you know. It would probably help if they stopped playing that awful music at a deafening volume before every single game. There's nothing worse than silence at football.

Actually yes, there is. Those bloody horns, should be banned.

I'll be happy when we have enough points to rule out relegation first

Good spell of rhythmic clapping at one point that went around most of the ground. Interesting to note from previous posts about 'real' fans do not need 'goal' music. It was mostly the KOP last night that was doing the 'moronic' Chelsea Dagger dance. :icon_bigg

My daughter got one last week. One of the advantages of a smaller crowd is that I was able to make her sit somewhere else if she wanted to blow it!

Thought it was only right to bring this thread title back to the top of the forum again. Let's stay there this time.

Having found out today that we are probably going to be charged £27 to go to Leeds on Boxing Day I damn well hope we're top on the day they come to the WS and then we can turn round and tell them they can pay at least the same to come to our promotion party and see what it looks like.

Tossers.

But if we charge them that much we'll have to charge our own fans that much too.

It's only £4 quid more anyway than we pay to sit in the SK4 and I think the east stand is £27....... so where is the problem.

It's a division three game. Nobody said our prices weren't extortionate. Well I didn't anyway. Three hundred and twenty two bloody quid.

Our cheapest season ticket prices are pretty good compared to a lot of the teams in this league, it's the matchday prices that are extortionate. Most clubs' season ticket prices have nowhere near the savings ours have.
