Well the only City youngster I know slightly is Elliott Chamberlain.
My Dad's mate gives him driving lessons & he is always telling him that he's scored or got 2 or 3 goals a week either playing for Wales or for City & I'm surprised that he hasn't (not yet) been allowed on loan to further his development.
I hope he gets a loan spell, I think he will do well if he goes into League 1 or 2 for a season.
