Joe I suppose if you get constantly shouted at by your management at work you work better, right? Or do you get in a mood, because you were already doing the best you could and if its the best you can give the management should accept that?

If I was that bad at a job, and I was really really trying, and nearly half of all the company's customers were strongly against my appointment and writing angry letters to managment everytime I made a decision, coughed or dropped a stapler, I would request a transfer....
