Ian Holloway came in for me about three weeks ago but Plymouth said there was no chance of any of their players going to Leicester. So I thought the deal was dead.

Then on Sunday I got a call saying the clubs had agreed a fee and I could go. So I said, do I have a choice in this? What is the situation? But no one from Plymouth was talking to me.

I wasn't knocking his speech impediment, I have never heard him speak.

Basically what he was saying is that he had no choice in coming to Leicester, he was told to. Poor choice of words or not, he meant what he said.
