I went to a Cuban night in Sheffield with work on Thursday night and they had Montuno a Deep Funk and Soul/Jazz band playing.

Yesterday they put this on their Facebook page

What a fantastic time we had last night - it might have been cold outside but inside it was hot and the joint was jumping!....as well as throbbing Thanks to everyone who came down in such numbers and gracias to Adriano, Monica, Marcus and the team at Cubana. Montuno will be back!

This was my post on their Facebook page yesterday morning before they put their post up.

I was there and it was brilliant. Very Funky and had the place throbbing with the beat Funky Soulful rhythms

It was good though. All ages were dancing from teenagers to some that were older than me!! There was one old guy who looked in his 60's and he was getting on down with a girl that looked about 19-20. :icon_razz
