I got a Christmas card from my bro in London (QPR supporter) with an LCFC keyring inside it that he picked up on a recent trip to Leicester. :023::icon_bigg

Not seen hide nor hair of a Postie today :102:
same here mg.
It's funny that the window cleaner put in an appearance on the Saturday before Christmas. It's the only Saturday of the year he works, the tip-seeking tosser. He'll get feck all from here

an empty bag saying they are sorry they lost something, it was a DVD xmas pressie. Cheers Royal Mail!

I had a present that was meant to be delivered on the 19th December but it still hasn't arrived. It was ordered from Amazon.com and the order has been completed according to their website. Lately it seems my postman has been leaving things on the front door step, and fear it is possibly the case with this.

Who would I get in contact with regarding this?
And how will I get a replacement without paying again.

I have checked the amazon website but can't find a contact number.

I have exactly the same predicament, only not with Amazon.

The website I bought from states that I must wait 14 days before contacting them about a non-delivery. Very helpful :icon_roll

Just looked at Amazon and they say wait 3 days before emailing them :102:

When do they say they sent it?
It can take several weeks for stuff to be delivered from Amazon.com

I had a problem once when I received the wrong parcel - it looked like it had been opened by the customs people and they'd swapped the labels with someone else's order. I contacted Amazon by email (via the help pages on their site) and they sent it again, and let me keep the stuff I'd received.

Sorry should have said .co.uk

Yeah it was dispatched on the 18th and should have been here on the 19th.

Also the order tracker states the order is completed.

i ordered a book from amazon a few weeks ago, the postie left it on the doorstep, it rained overnight and the cardboard soaked through and the book was damaged.

We don't use our front door, as our front door is the back door.

So what did you do?

Send it back?

I'm amazed that I have just seen a postal worker emptying a post box today, Sunday around half an hour ago!

Staggering.
